At Bhavya Banarasi, every saree and product is carefully inspected and packed with quality assurance. Since our products are part of a premium handcrafted and designer collection, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Color or design preference
-
Incorrect purchase
-
Size or styling concerns
Please review product details, descriptions, and videos carefully before ordering.
2. Exception — Damaged or Defective Product
An exchange is allowed only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
-
You notify us within 7 days of delivery
In such cases, we will provide exchange only for the same or similar product (subject to availability).
👉 No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for damaged products — only exchange.
3. Damage Reporting Process
To request an exchange for a damaged item, you must:

Unboxing video (mandatory)

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
Products without proof of damage or without an unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange.
4. Conditions for Exchange Approval
Exchange will be processed only if:

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed

Original tags, packaging & saree folds remain intact

No perfume, stains, or fabric damage is present
Products failing these checks will be rejected.
5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following are not exchangeable:

Minor color variations due to lighting/screens

Handloom or handmade texture variations
-
Fall & pico / finishing services
-
Custom-made / altered / sale items
These are natural characteristics, not defects.
6. Shipping for Exchange

In case of genuine damage, reverse pickup / shipping details will be shared by our team.

Exchange will be initiated only after product inspection.
7. Refund Policy
Bhavya Banarasi follows a No Refund Policy.

Refunds are not applicable for any reason

Only exchange is allowed in case of verified damage
